Unable to Add Domain Due to Outstanding Balance Error

Hi Cloudflare Support Team,

I recently purchased the domain officialticketcenter.com from an auction and tried to add it to my Cloudflare account. However, I’m receiving an error stating there’s an outstanding balance preventing the addition. It seems this issue might be related to the previous owner’s unpaid invoices rather than my account. Could you please review and help resolve this so I can successfully add the domain?

Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community.
Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place.

i try to create a ticket but i cannot access the view my cases page, i get redirected to another place where it is impossible to find the open cases

I happened to also not receive a confirmation for the last ticket I opened, so I think that part may just be expected. Best to wait a bit to see if you'll get a email soon about a ticket reply, and then you can reply to that email to add a response if needed

not really, support tickets are usually the way to go for non-enterprise, when it comes to these kind of account related issues

as mentioned there, accounts that do not have paid features will not have access to the Salesforce/support dashboard

Once you've created your ticket in the Cloudflare dashboard you will be given a case number on that page you're on
