Installing Java JDKs
I opened the app I use to play modpacks for minecraft and browsed where it says java is installed, and the folder doesn't even exist?
Java definitely is installed as it runs fine
How do I find out where it's installed?

Solution
Needed to use flatseal to give it permission for everything
that's because it in fact does not exist at that location on the regular filesystm
flatpak apps have their own filesystem/sandbox
ah yeah I thought this was this issue
glad I found a workaround though, just made a new folder in where I wanted it and used flatseal to give it perms to all folders
