Installing Java JDKs

I opened the app I use to play modpacks for minecraft and browsed where it says java is installed, and the folder doesn't even exist? Java definitely is installed as it runs fine How do I find out where it's installed?

that's because it in fact does not exist at that location on the regular filesystm flatpak apps have their own filesystem/sandbox

ah yeah I thought this was this issue glad I found a workaround though, just made a new folder in where I wanted it and used flatseal to give it perms to all folders
