Memory leak caused by reloading shaders

So I've come across this odd behavour where reloading shaders just keeps on consuming memory and eventually freezes my computer. I can't help but feel like I am missing something here, but it looks like it's just a memory leak, even if the odds of it never having been caught are low.
- Arch 6.17.1-zen1-1-zen (persists on stock kernel)
- graalvm & zulu (24)
- able to reproduce this on clean 1.21.1 + 1.21.4 neo & 1.21.1 fabric instances, just fills up quicker with more mods / euphoria- / supplemental patches

- Comp r5.6
- radeon firmware 20250917-1, mesa 1:25.2.4-1, 7900xt
