Holes in the world when viewed from up high
I get these holes in the world, at what appears to be the edge of LOD. This issues is most noticeable when up high. I've used creative to fly up to make the issue more clear/pronounced.
So far, I have tried changing all culling settings to no effects.
I have Embeddium and Oculus installed, but am running no shaders.

I think embeddium adds a vertical render distance slider
Set that to 100%
