Valorant Stuttering/Freezing PC
So I've had this problem for like forever, the way it goes is like this, I open valorant, and the game just keeps freezing a frame on all of my monitors for like .5 seconds at like 3 second intervals, for like, the first 45 minutes I have my game open, I think I already tried everything, turning off hardware acceleration, fullscreen optimization, uninstalling and reinstalling and updating drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling and switching valorant to another download location. I have no clue what else to try to fix it, here's a video showing the problem

another weird detail is that it seems that if I open valorant right after turning on my PC, it runs smooth for a little bit then starts stuttering

It might just be a situation where riot client/valorant just doesnt like something on my pc
and theres nothing i can do to fix it rather than maybe a full reset on computer

Go to (windows search) > (Device Manager) > (Network Adapters)
You need to Disable one of the adapters my one was (Realtek Gaming 2.5gbe Family Controller) but yours could be anything so just trial and error others if u don't have my one.

a particle of dust landed on the part of the motherboard that valorant uses

nvm i was wrong i guess its working now

its still freezing
it did the classic "smooth for 2 minutes"
and now its unplayable again
maybe its the usb setting in power plan

Open control pannel -> hardware and sound -> power options -> edit plan settings -> change advanced power settings -> usb settings -> usb selective suspend settings -> disabled
just an idea since u said initially it goes smooth for a short time
and then doesnt i would assume smt is up with ur thermals
i would also recommend turning this off
or for some reason may cuz of ur power option and that ur psu cant handle it
and psure no nvidia settings could have caused this esp since u have 3070 so stutters should have been out of question
Tried this, I think the stuttering got a bit less bad
but its still there

yeah I also feel that maybe its a hardware issue
nvm its still awful
and also if i leave valorant open for a while the problem seems to fix itself and then it runs smooth
but for like 30-45 minutes before that its just terrible stuttering
and this all happens in the MENU of the game too btw, I dont even have to be in-game for this stuttering to happen

i clicked the uninstall button on the add or remove programs with windows

select all
delete
reinstall your game
its prob some files before engine 5 making some problems

dude in the ss you send above you were deleting something eles not val
There were other files that were valorant related in that bunch, i think the screenshot just got a section where there wasnt anything with Val
and about now after being in the range for a while it stops stuttering
