cpu (game) time issues
When I play game always have this problem (photo). Try fixed it anyway, didn't work, please help

It can happend in any game time like afk or fighting, usually lagging from ~2,3 ms to 40-100 ms
drivers cpu and gpu upgraded
Record your game and show how it lags

Open control pannel -> hardware and sound -> power options -> edit plan settings -> change advanced power settings -> usb settings -> usb selective suspend settings -> disabled

I tried to redownload game, change disk, all pc optimized for games, When I start play on this pc I didn't have this problem, but after pause like 4 month It started lagging like that, changed settings in valorant amd too
I'm assuming some chances or apps you installed in those 4 months could be the reason
try this:
Press windows key
Search “msconfig”
And open “System Configuration”
Head to “Services” tab
Check “Hide all Microsoft services”
And then “Disable all”
And find “vgc” and enable that only
Open “Task Manager”
Then head to “Startup Apps”
And disable all
Then enable all riot related
Then restart your pc

Unfortunately, it didn't help, and the lag is the same; it's just that the first video was buggy. The only option I haven't tried is reinstalling Windows, but I have a lot of important documents on my PC.
If it's no solution, I ll reinstall windows later 🙁

ohhh like 5-6 month ago, I bought this pc in september 2023, Then I played about 600 hours of the game with no problem and after 4month pause wanted to come back, but it starts lag, i'll try to fixed it and dropped it until recently
