Win64 error

Hey can anyone help? I have already allowed riot client, vanguard and valorant through MS defender and added exceptions to my antivirus for the riot client folder and valorant to my list on my firewall. The only thing i have been unable to do is add unrealsefsubprocess.exe as an exception as it is not showing in my files. I have tried reinstalling valorant and riot vanguard twice now with no luck
