wtf is this I can't find a reason online to what causes it I've been disconnected from 3 games in the last 2 weeks I can't keep reconnecting and receiving bans cause of this

it happened to me also, got 4 disconnects in 1 night
what causes it?
Press windows key + r
Type msinfo32
Show ss
it happens with me to 3 disconnects in 1 match in so irritated and even nothing works everything get freezed i cant even open task manager or something else and the windows key + r msinfo also doen not work
Task manager not opening and msinfo32 not displaying anything sounds like a corrupted OS
