I changed some computer settings now this happened
Am i cooked? (I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didnt fix it)

What computer settings did you change?
like run valorant as administrator or smth i forgor
but i cant change it back
Go to the path in the message, right click on valorant -> properties -> uncheck run as admin
I tried doing bthat ut its already unchecked
Folder permissions are messed up, delete C:\Riot Games and start from scratch
if you play other Riot games, you can just limit it to C:\Riot Games\VALORANT and C:\Riot Games\Riot Client

You're looking at the shortcut rn
win + r -> paste in
C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\live -> hit enter -> right click VALORANT.exe -> click properties -> click Compatibility tab -> uncheck "run this program as administrator"
and then do the same for C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\live\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64
and VALORANT-Win64-Shipping.exeomg tysm that worked
