Recently, I always overthinking about bad things that has happened to me, even something that has happened quite long time ago.
Like being bullied by an entire class when I was on 10th grade, Being accused by someone, Failed at PE subject, and Harshly told to shut up (Like, someone said "GOOD. SHUT TF UP"), and many more.
This makes my mood went so bad and sad. My happines is gone.
Tears comes out, and chest felt tighten.
