Is NVcleanstall compatible with Valorant and Vanguard?
I used to be experiencing a shit ton of TPM 14 errors on Valorant. I guessed it might be a driver issue since Vanguard could be pooping its pants from a weird GPU driver from NVcleanstall. NVcleanstall basically lets you remove certain parts of the GPU driver like telemetry and stuff like that. When I downloaded the drivers straight from the NVIDIA website, all of the TPM errors went away. Does Vanguard play nice with drivers with certain parts stripped or is it recommended just to use the drivers straight from NVIDIA?

Tpm not related to vanguard
And if you had some issue with driver you would see iommu error
And do you see tpm error in game or even viewer?
i see this specific error everytime i get on valorant and enter a game in event viewer, tpm 14
if you are not getting error in game then you are fine
event viewer mot something to worry about
gamerdoc said its okay as long as you not getting popup about tpm
if you are worried about tpm error
go to bios and load optimze defualt
it might show you new processer installed click y
the weird thing is, as soon as i used the drivers from the nvidia website directly all of the tpm errors disappeared
dont think nvidia have anything to do with tpm
maybe event viewer save it for short time
will dig into it maybe find something
But im sure its not related to driver
bc driver would give error iommu
idk why the issue was gone after though, since the gpu driver was the only thing i changed in my system config
idk
ill do some more testing
sure
do you have amd cpu ?
i found something it might be related to tpm error you getting
might be when you updated nvidia the tpm didnt had enough time to start correctly thats why you see those errors
like after you restart
so to not get this errors you can turn of fast boot in bios
or fast start up in power option
update chipest
reflash your bios
and clear tpm
i did all of that stuff
and yes, im on a r5 7600x
chipset is on the latest
bios is on the latest
i cleared tpm earlier
and all fast boot related stuff is off
i just played a whole match of swiftplay, and not a single tpm thing popped up
normally itd show up in event viewer
yea was reading about microsoft reported bug with tpm when sometimes you do driver update that system didnt had enough time to relise tpm
could you send the article
in another meaning gamerdoc sad its not problem bc it seems to be known bug from microsoft
for some reason, the tpm error went away by itself, then popped back up later
like before
could you send the microsoft article you were reading this in?
Error log of Trusted Platform Module (TPM) device driver - Windows ...

Event ID 14 TPM Errors - Microsoft Q&A
I've just contacted riot gaming about this Event ID 14 tpm on my event viewer. I've asked it before and done everything that was told of me to do from microsoft, AMD, and Riot gaming but I can't fix the issue. It only happens if I play Valorant which…
i remember, when i downloaded a big windows update from microsoft the issue went away, then it just came back randomly
It prevents Windows from communicating and using the TPM device
are you sure fast boot off in bios and start up fast in power option off ?
yes, 100%
see, its off

i tried nearly every fix to get rid of this tpm error, it just fixes itself i guess
it just went away, and in the veto update it came back
then after i updated my drivers with the ones from the nvidia website, the issue is gone again
which bios update you have ?
Press windows key + r
Type msinfo32
Show ss

did it start happen before or after update bios ?
i updated bios and updated windows, the issue went away for a little while, and then it reappeared, and after i updated my nvidia driver, the issue is gone
i also saw clearing your temp files was a solution
