My game is crashing eveytime after agent select.

Hi, this problem was occurring previously but it wasn’t constant. It happened for just one game but now it has happened thrice consistently . Every time after agent select my game would crash irrespective of the agent I select or the time when i select it. I had to restart my pc and it has now administered 2 penalties even though it is not my fault. Could anyone guide me on this issue?
