Unavailability of A6000 Ada / A40 / L40 pods now

Is there a disruption with the service regarding these GPUs?
Typically, the A6000 Ada (US-WA-1) and A40 (EU-SE-1) GPUs are readily available; however, they appear to be unavailable at this time. Could you please provide an update on whether this is a temporary or permanent change?

US-WA-1 required emergency maintenance and was temporarily delisted which prevents Pods from being deployed to it.

Actually in our case, We try in US-CA-2 and no available RTX6000 ADA available today, neither in any other Region sadly… what’s happening?

We've been running maintenance across the entire fleet, really - it causes a shuffle of user workloads to and from regions and cards that we normally don't already have a lot of are seeing what feels like higher usage than usual.

Is this happening for other GPUs as well? Provisioning was fine but now my API calls show the unavailable at this time error for all GPUs I have been provisioning with the API including A100 and H200 in all regions.
