account recovery
My account has been stolen on October 4th, and the in-game account recovery tool tells me my current environment is not secure and doesnt let me file a claim.
Usual login device: iPhone 13 Pro
Last login date: October 3rd or 4th
Recent Purchase: September 17th, 1500 UC
UID: 5427497663
Usual login region is Canada
Primary in-game language is English
Dont know what it means by registration time
I login through WeChat
I found out my account was stolen after i tried logging in, and it sent a code to an unknown phone number, meaning someone turned on Secondary Verification and linked their own mobile number.
I have never engaged in activities that would jeopardize my account and avoid suspicious links all the time, so there is no phishing or scam evidence.

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery.
Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.
