High ping in Valorant from Kazakhstan — routing goes through Russia (Rostelecom / Transtelecom)

Hey everyone! I'm from Kazakhstan, and since early October my ping in Valorant jumped from ~60 ms to around 190 ms on all European servers. I ran some network tests — seems like the connection now takes a much longer route than before, possibly going through extra regions. Has anyone else from KZ experienced the same lately? Any ideas or routing tips that helped you reduce ping again? Thanks in advance!
