To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery....

Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery.
Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.

I was connected with the staff and they told me must waiting until 10 days and its like 8 days waiting can I go to the website you give me and reconnec to the staff?
You should wait for at least 10 days. The link to the community support form is mentioned in previous response. If your in-game claim is declined, you may submit a recovery request through there.
