False Ban (Can Provide any Information Needed to prove it’s my account)
Hello, I have had my account compromised and banned for about 10-12 months now and am trying to make an effort to get myself unbanned. If any riot employee sees this if it’s possible to have brief conversation because I genuinely need help and have no one to ask.
To start off I have never cheated in a video game at all and don’t condone any type of unfair advantages. I have been looking in and at my tracker snd seen that someone on my account played 60+ games with someone I’ve never even heard of.
This person was definitely form a different country than me and now my account is lost which I have spent 100s of dollars on and I genuinely am upset. It is unclear to me because my league of legends account which I actively play on is not banned at all for cheating just my valorant account. It would strike me as confused because I would assume that Riot Vanguard would also ban my league account because if my pc really had cheats it would be detected for that aswell.
Now I am fully aware someone was logged into my account and gave riot my: Account Creation Date, First Purchase made on the account, many receipts for purchases, as well as when and where my account was created. I don’t really know what more information I need to give, but they keep giving me automated responses that “We have thoroughly investigated the issue and provided you with our definitive answers on the subject. Our decision is final and won't be subject to change in subsequent tickets.” From multiple people and I’m just confused because this genuinely wasn’t me and you can see a drastic change of stats. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated and my dms are always open. Much love to everyone that read this 😪❤️
