Unjust 7-Day Ban and Ultimate Royale Restriction – Need Support Review
Hello,
My account has recently received a 7-day “security inspection” ban for “Violating the Tencent Games User Agreement.” I only play on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, without any third-party apps, emulators, or VPNs.
After the 7-day inspection ban ended and my account was restored, I found that I had also received a ban in Ultimate Royale mode until January 6, 2026, which surprised me even more.
I’ve been playing for years without any issues, never shared my account, and never used any cheats or modifications. This issue happened right after a high-kill game, and then after the “security inspection” period ended, my account was automatically unbanned — which clearly shows I’m not violating the rules.
Please help me understand why this happened and kindly review my account’s security status. I would really appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue permanently.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....
