Temporary Suspension
Received this yesterday randomly. Only thing I can think of as to why is that 2 days ago, the game kept crashing and said to enable TPM 2.0, HVCI and secure boot. Did all that, played a DM to test, everything worked fine and I get banned the next day. First ticket I sent was answered by a bot that said I was cheating so idk what to do about that cause I've never used cheats.

I sent another ticket already but I'm trying to figure out if changing those BIOS settings makes vanguard think im using cheats
I just reinstalled vanguard as well and idk if I wanna try playing league cause I think the same thing might happen

Those restrictions (tpm/secure boot/hvci) pop up when it believes your pc is cheat capable
So you prob installed something
Cheats/skin unlocker or even cheats for other games
Or probably account sharing

nah havent installed anything, I did play at an internet cafe with friends like 2 weeks ago but other than that idk what it could be
worst part is it doesnt say how long its suspended
Many dumbasses install cheats on Internet cafes and it ends up getting other players who log into that pc banned
Thoses suspensions can happens for a lot of things, such as account sharing, boosting, ... Since you shared an IP adress, could be related. Please wait for Riot's answer

they closed the firs ticket instantly, just trying to figure out how long the suspension is

Im accused of using third party software but i dont use it. Ive been playing since the beta and never usedd anything. If anybody could help me i would appreciate it so so much. Please let me know if you have any idea on what it could be
Im using Kaspersky Anticheat and Ashampoo Laptop backup. Other then discord theres nothing else running on my laptop.
And the ticket also told me it wasnt for anything like aimbot so im worried even more its buried in some filess and i cant reset my pc for something like this. Please help me do a pc check or anything thats in your mind

So Riot responded to my 2nd ticket and they told me to protect myself from future disciplinary action, I'll need to re-install my OS. I asked if this will fix it for the future but they gave me a random answer that didnt answer my question so guess Ill have to try that

idk if this would affect vanguard but I've been setting discord priority to low from task manager because when its set to high it causes fps stutters
Bro my gf has the same thing... It also asked her about hvci and things few days earlier... and I wonder now, if they will accuse her as well of cheating while she is not pc head, she is relatively new to gaming and all
Yea seems to be a common issue recently. Idk I reinstalled windows so hopefully this fixes it in the future but hard to tell

Literally, she never used anything, she wouldn't have knowledge even on how to do those things... This is funny, the way Riot Games treats their loyal players, she spent about 700eu on the game

No, we play in the same house she has her own pc and we only play together when I am off work

Nothing as well. Except yeah we got confirmation that she is banned up until 29th. So tomorrow I will as well reinstall her windows and hopefully fingers crossed it doesn't happen again
bcs I also stopped playing bcs of it since it killed my will to play as well
