Temporary suspension
Hey!
I am facing a temporary suspension. I never used any cheats or anything .
I sent a ticket and they said i was cheating which i was clearly not.
This happened in my other account as well . Just now, i was playing with my friend when suddenly i got disconnected and got a disconnection message and after that, i was suspended.

hello there can someone tell me how to recover my account i got temporarly suspended and ive just installed the game i werre in the training area and when i made a ticket i got answer that the suspend will stay and i cant make tickets . btw i m using a slow pc and i didnt use any unappopriate software or anything

i think vanguard its having troubles because i also got banned temporary and after 4 tickets asking why, they answered this:
idk maybe i have some kind of virus in my pc that vanguard detect as cheating :Raze_Laugh:

And when i made tickets they simply say we looked in it and there is nothing we can do and we dont look at further tickets

And i wasnt even playing online i just installed the game and was in the training the only fact is my pc is slow and i had some fps drops

i have been playing valorant for around 3 years now this is the first time it happened lol
I opened three, they said they MANUALLY reviewed it and nothing happened

some guys here got a reply saying the suspension will be till 28th
they told me this
its not about the ban now even its more about the approach of the support
they gave u a 2 week ban tho
