Tax for the EU

I have been looking everywhere, but I cant seem to find it.

My invoice is missing a tax line, as an EU resident I should be taxed 21%.

However, it does not show up on my invoice. Since I am a consumer, and not a company I also have no idea where to file it. So: Where do I have to pay the taxes. or is it included in the price?

I got a response:
As someone located in <redacted>, we want to clarify that Cloudflare does not collect VAT or any purchase tax for transactions made from your country. This is outlined in our documentation here: https://developers.cloudflare.com/billing/sales-tax/

Because of this, no additional tax appears on your invoices, and there is no separate tax line item. You are not required to pay VAT through Cloudflare. If you have personal tax obligations as a consumer, those would be handled independently through your local tax authority.

as leo said its their responsibility not yours, if you pay what you're due then you're in the clear and once they discover they owe money in taxes they will pay that out of their profits not your money

cloudflare is classified as a B2B service which changes the rules for this. the EU uses the reverse charge rule for B2B VAT where the buyer accounts it

from my personal knowledge, you don't have to do VAT charges or filings unless you're VAT registered, and the only interesting question is whether you're required to be VAT registered. it seems unlikely that you've discovered a massive error in the company's tax registration, although stranger things have happened

Well, technically cloudflare is required to tax me, and they are supposed to pay taxes in said EU country, that is, by european law

However, I did ask the tax services, with quotes from the mail, they say I dont owe things. AFIAK, I am not required to pay the tax, as to what cloudflare is supposed to do, is out of my knowledge
