Second Screen makes FPS drop on main Monitor

Second screen causes FPS drops on main screen I’ve gotten no where with troubleshooting this so I’m looking for any possibilities on how to fix this. Currently on latest NVIDIA bazzite, with DUAL GPU with Intel Arc and 5090, (5090 on main monitor, intel Arc A750 second monitor) gaming performance is great and I’ve gotten some of my stuff setup. The issue I have is whenever anything with hardware acceleration (video feeds mostly or browser for example) on the second screen it absolutely kills my FPS on my main screen and makes the audio stutter sometimes and lag the PC pretty bad. Once I close whatever is using hardware acceleration there’s no issue with the PC at all. (Example: Overwatch 240fps, nothing open. If I open OBS or even Firefox on the second monitor, I got down to 110-170fps.) I have noticed that if I move whatever it is from the second monitor to the main monitor the lag goes away. Any ideas on how I can troubleshoot this issue. Any help would be appreciated as I’m trying to switch mainly to Linux. Edited to update to more accurate information.

Why are you on the Nvidia image? Also, have you tried using only one GPU as well as both GPUs? Dual GPU is already an odd setup, and Intel drivers aren't perfect

Nvidia image because my main card is a 5090 (which I plan to use for everything except Encoding stuff, that’ll use the intel card) And no I haven’t removed the other card from my setup as my second monitor is plugged into it and I’m hoping to be able to use both OBS has been working fine and shows all encoders and everything the only issue is that it completely kills my pc when it’s open

what does system monitor say when OBS is open? It should tell you what part of the system is being overloaded by OBS

Okay figure something out, if i move OBS to the main monitor theres no issue with FPS i can assume maybe its something to do with the intel drives? So it seems like if there's anything that uses hardware acceleration on the second monitor, it lags the main like crazy Also it looks like everything is using my main GPU, is there anyway to have some apps use my Intel card? Updated description for more accurate information Bump if anyone can help Day 3 of asking for assistance
