Domain is subject to a hold but I own the domain

Hi team,

A few months ago I bought a new domain (I can dm you the domain name later) but I was unable to add it to Cloudflare.

I am using Porkbun as registrar. I can‘t even use their nameservers because of the Cloudflare issue. I‘ve contacted their support and they tell me I must contact the Cloudflare support for troubleshooting.

When I attempt to add the domain, I get the following error:

The zone name provided is subject to a hold which disallows the creation of this zone. Please contact the owner of the Cloudflare account that manages this domain to have the hold removed.

That means some Enterprise account has set a hold. I don‘t know the previous owner of my domain or the owner of that Enterprise account.

I have read the Cloudflare docs but I don‘t know what to do next except contacting Cloudflare support.

To open a support ticket, I added another domain to Cloudflare with a Pro subscription just to be able to contact support. My case numer is 01779741 but it has been closed without a response or resolution of the problem.

I have full ownership of the domain and can edit the nameservers and DNS records fully. If you need me to add a TXT file for verification of ownership, I can do that!
