Bot removed roles from several users for no reason?
I was checking my server logs and saw several users (10/14 at around 5pm pst) lose their lvl roles & noticed one get a lower lvl added when they’re already a higher lvl role? I don’t know if this was a result of XP decay, but I checked their xp using rank & they didn’t lose enough xp (or even a whole lvl for that matter) for the bot to act on this.

If this is an issue in your server, make sure you've included your server's ID (This can be found on the
/ping command), as well as which users are having this issue.
Once your question has been answered, you can mark your question as solved via Right click solution message -> Apps -> ✅ Mark Solution to help others find the solution via Answer Overflowadding to this: I just manually /rank checked approx 30 users and manually fixed their levels in my server.
thankfully we had a #logs channel to see all who either lost a level for no reason or were given a lower level when they’re already a higher level.

likely xp decay but this should be resolved on my patch yes
is it safe to say the recent maintenance time on Friday fixed this issue?
Happened again. Do I need to turn off xp decay for now? I don’t have the capacity to manually correct 10+ users a week unfortunately @Shadow
