Games added as non steam game is lagging with cpu usage 100%.

This is CPU usage when I am in Game menu, everything is super laggy. And the same issue happened with Genshin Impact where the a week before there was no issues but then from thursday the Genshin Welcome screen is like running 4fps and my cpu usage is 100%.
