Snapping the start of straightedge lines to existing straightedge line end point

This is actually pretty cool. It got me thinking:
1. Should we snap to the ends of all strokes, not just straight end strokes?
2. Should we (optionally) auto-join strokes that have been snapped? There's some subtlety to this but it would be interesting to try
3. What else could strokes snap to? Guides have snapping but in a real "all or nothing" way. You can't snap a stroke to a guide and then draw away from the guide.
I think auto-join is a cool idea, because it would make editing simpler.
… as long as a stroke can range freely (x, y, z, etc.) and still be continuous..
Also maybe add an option for stroke smoothing that can be applied after a drawing.
