Browser video playback stops when new audio device connected

Using Bazzite-DX-Nvidia with KDE. I have two audio output devices, a soundbar (Teufel Cinebar One) and headphones (beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro) connected via an AMP (Schiit Magni) - both set as analog output and connected via an USB-C Dock. By default both are turned off so no output devices are available: sometimes when I, for example, start watching a video on YouTube I only then turn on my soundbar. As soon as the soundbar is on and detected as an audio output device the video playback stops (showing a loading spinner). I then have to turn on my AMP, select it as the audio output device. With that the video playback start again - I can then reselect the soundbar without any problems. The other way around, turning on the AMP first, the video does not stop. It also seems to only effect playback in browsers (I tested multiple, Chromium and Firefox based ones) and not for example VLC. Since this is such a specific issue it is hard to search for it but is this something that is a known issue?
