Immich Crash when generating previews

Hi,
my Immich Docker setup keeps crashing when running metadata or thumbnail jobs.
ffprobe (bundled inside the official container) exits with code 1 for many .MOV files.
Example error:

[mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2 @ ...] moov atom not found
/path/to/IMG_0450.MOV: Invalid data found when processing input
Error: ffprobe exited with code 1
ffmpeg version 7.1.1-Jellyfin

I’m not running Jellyfin myself, but the Immich container seems to include its Jellyfin-ffmpeg build.
Could that be the reason for the repeated crashes, and should I replace it with the standard Debian ffmpeg instead?

I’ve attached the latest 100lines of my immich_server logs (around the crash time).
Please let me know if you need the full log file or sample videos to reproduce.
