Broke my desktop
I completely broke my desktop by setting the live wallpaper to a broken wallpaper engine wallpaper. Changing it to anything else and then restarting doesn't fix it. It just automatically defaults right back to the broken wallpaper.
Anyway I can fix this?

I've tried setting to default, solid color you name it nothing sticks
you gotta reset your settings
oh wait you already did that?
that's how i fixed mine. :(
Yeah I tried setting it to default
:skullcap:
Is there another way I can go about resetting the settings to default other than the button
i did it through konsole but i dont remember exactly how i did it
Oof
Ok well if anyone remembers lmk
I Remember to save the day using control+alt+f2 (or f3/f1)
It open a search bar on the top of the screen, you write in that the application you want to run, in this case I think is system in english
When you open It you move to background and change the desktop whit something else
Next time dont use the "Scenery" for now they are broken in KDE
Are you talking about wallpaper engine from steam?
Yeah I'm talking about the wallpaper engine from Steam but KDE has a built-in option to just use downloaded wallpaper engine wallpapers
So that's the thing I did this but it keeps resetting back to the broken wallpaper again
I need to delete the settings config wherever it is
Or manually override it
Yes I hit apply as well lol
And reset to default
Solution
Ok Just start steam whit the same procedure open wallpaper engine
And delete the Scenery
