Unplayable with trolls

how do I deal with players in ultimate who are trolling/grieving, making my and other teammates gaming experience harder to play. We usually don’t have a fourth person so we just play trios. I’m a person who trying to climb the leaderboard. This is just 1 of many:AngryRay:
