I need help accessing my account's live chat support option

We just upgraded our account to business plan to have live chat support access but unfortunately we can't find it here on our end.

It says on their community that it's under Support> Technical tab> and I should be able to see an option for live chat but it's not there.

I also created 2 tickets and every time I click it to view it just redirects me to a page that says "Cannot locate dashboard account..."

It's really frustrating as I was expecting that support should be easy to talk to. Can anyone help please?
