How do you get an IP removed from CloudFlare blacklist?
We had a customer firewall that got compromised and the static IP for the device now appears to be blacklisted. Maybe not blacklisted, but it's being reported as suspicious which is making all traffic from the company's site get forced to prove that they are human for any site protected by CloudFlare and several sites are just flat out blocking access. We are trying to find a way to get the IP rechecked and removed but cannot find any way to do so and do not have a paid account to open a support request.
