Black Screen, No Response After Sleep

For the last several days I have been experiencing an issue any time my machine goes into sleep mode for an extended period of time such as overnight/during the work day. When I come back and try to wake the machine, the power status light on my tower is steadily lit rather than the breathing/flashing effect when the system is in sleep mode. Attempting to wake the machine by sending keystrokes or mouseclicks do not wake the system. I have been unable to identify a way to get the system into a usable state other than a forced shutdown by holding the power button. I have run ujust update & upgrade with no change in behavior as well. RPM-OSTree status screenshot attached. I have a suspicion that the issue is related to my installing docker components, but I didn't notice the problem until after I had uninstalled the packages and did a rollback in an attempt to go back to the base install.
