🚨 URGENT: Project stuck in "Pausing" state for several hours - Database completely down

- Clicked "Pause project" several hours ago
- Dashboard stuck showing "Pausing hub_codeart..."
- Now ENTIRE database is unreachable (Connection timeout on all operations)
- Production app is DOWN
- Plan: Free tier
Already tried:
- Clearing cache and incognito mode
- Waiting for hours
- Cannot access any dashboard functions
Can someone from @support please force restart/unpause my project?
Error logs show:
- Connection terminated due to connection timeout
- ERR_FAILED 522
- All SQL queries timing out
This is blocking all business operations. Please help!
