🚨 URGENT: Project stuck in "Pausing" state for several hours - Database completely down

Issue:
- Clicked "Pause project" several hours ago
- Dashboard stuck showing "Pausing hub_codeart..."
- Now ENTIRE database is unreachable (Connection timeout on all operations)
- Production app is DOWN
- Plan: Free tier
Already tried:
- Clearing cache and incognito mode
- Waiting for hours
- Cannot access any dashboard functions
Can someone from @support please force restart/unpause my project?
Error logs show:
- Connection terminated due to connection timeout
- ERR_FAILED 522
- All SQL queries timing out
This is blocking all business operations. Please help! 🙏

Not sure why you paused a running system you need. It means you are done using it for awhile.
But if the process locked up then you have to contact support and title your request Project Stuck Pausing.
It could take awhile to get thru the process right now though.
Users here can't help and this site is not monitored constantly by Supabase staff.

I understand. The reason I paused the project was because the database got stuck after running a heavy query (complex joins on information_schema tables). The database became completely unresponsive with all connections timing out, so I tried to pause/restart it to recover the system - but unfortunately it got stuck in the "Pausing" state.
I've already opened a support ticket titled "Project Stuck Pausing" as you suggested.
I appreciate your help and clarification! I'll wait for the support team to resolve this.

You should use restart the DB under general settings if it happens again.
