🚨 URGENT: Project stuck in "Pausing" state for several hours - Database completely down

Issue:

• Clicked "Pause project" several hours ago
• Dashboard stuck showing "Pausing hub_codeart..."
• Now ENTIRE database is unreachable (Connection timeout on all operations)
• Production app is DOWN
• Plan: Free tier

Already tried:

• Clearing cache and incognito mode
• Waiting for hours
• Cannot access any dashboard functions

Can someone from @support please force restart/unpause my project?

Error logs show:

• Connection terminated due to connection timeout
• ERR_FAILED 522
• All SQL queries timing out

This is blocking all business operations. Please help!
