Subject: Request from a loyal PUBG Mobile player from Bangladesh — Still dreaming for the M416 Glaci
Dear PUBG Mobile Team,
Assalamu Alaikum.
I am a long-time loyal PUBG Mobile player from Bangladesh. I have been playing this game since the early seasons, and it has become a part of my daily life.
My first PUBG ID was around Level 55, but unfortunately, I lost that account. Even after losing it, I didn’t give up — I created a new one and kept playing with full dedication.
Now my new account has reached Level 79, and I still play every single day with the same passion and love for PUBG Mobile.
There is one dream that never left my heart — the M416 Glacier Skin.
I have opened countless crates, joined events, and waited for so long, but I never received it.
I know it depends on luck, but as a loyal player who’s been supporting this game for years, it would mean the world to me if you could give old and loyal players like us one fair chance to earn or unlock the Glacier skin again.
Honestly speaking, I don’t have much money to buy UC.
I can’t afford to spend real money on crates, but still, I keep playing, leveling up, and completing missions — because I truly love this game.
My girlfriend even laughs sometimes and says, “You spend more time with PUBG than me,” but she knows how much I enjoy it.
PUBG is not just a game for me — it’s an emotion, a memory, and a place where I’ve made many good friends.
Please, if possible, bring back the Glacier skin in an event where every loyal player has a real chance to get it — not just those who can spend UC.
It will bring happiness and hope to thousands of dedicated players like me all around the world.

The Glacier - M416 can be currently obtained from the classic crate. However, the rewards you will obtain from the crates will be related to your luck and are generated by the system.
