Panel locking
Okay ive looked around for a bit and cant find my answer in ubluediscorse, bazzite doc, and chagpt didnt help.
Panels on bazzite seem to unlock and move on their own on occastion without my intent for them to do so, is there a way to lock them? or can some kinda command causes this?

this has presisted to be a issue on random occasions, i think its happend usually when im trying to change tabs or goto click something and it cause me to miss
but if i can just get the panel editing mode to lock down i think this issue could easily be solved, i just cant find info on how to do that anywhere
right click on taskbar => show panel configuration => set floating to disabled
i was partly wrong, the panel would shrink and a search menu would appear centered above the panel. tho i still cant make it happen on my own command
