I am writing to follow up on my previous request regarding a refund (Ticket ID: SU-302564).
I submitted a request for a refund regarding Invoice, but I haven't received a response yet.
I understand that technical support for Free plans is limited, but this is a Billing/Refund issue, not a technical support request.
As mentioned in my previous ticket:
I realized the plan didn't fit my needs and I haven't utilized the resources. I have already canceled my subscription in the dashboard.
Could you please prioritize this ticket and process the refund?
