Storage limit warning email despite far below
Hey, Just started to try out Neon and after a few days I'm at Storage 0.09 / 0.5 GB Network transfer 0.02 / 5 GB. Despite this I just received an email saying that I have used 87% (0.47 GB) of its 0.54 GB monthly storage allowance. Am I looking the wrong place or what could cause this?

Is that email for another project? If not, it may be a calculation issue on our end, what's your project id? you can get it from the url :

@Marcus thanks for bringing this up! Can cofirm the email you received was incorrect, and is safe to ignore. Looks like a handful of customers were sent incorrect emails, we're going to send a followup email shortly
