B1902: Stripe requires additional information to be provided
Hey, we are trying to connect our Stripe account, but getting this error message: B1902: Stripe requires additional information to be provided.
When we click on "Update Stripe information", it tries to get us to create a new Stripe Account, but we already have a fully functional Stripe account.

The message “B1902: Stripe requires additional information to be provided” means that Stripe still needs some details to finish setting up the billing connection.
When you connect Stripe through Kinde’s billing setup, Stripe automatically provisions a new account specifically for use with Kinde, you can’t connect an existing Stripe account directly. This is a Stripe platform limitation
Here’s how to resolve it:
Go to Billing → Payment processor → Update Stripe information in Kinde.
Stripe will take you through its onboarding flow again.
When prompted, enter the email linked to your existing Stripe account.
Stripe will then ask whether you want to use details from that existing account or create a new one.
If you choose to use the existing details, Stripe will reuse your business information (but your live transactions and data stay separate).
Complete any required verification steps (e.g. business info, tax details, or ID verification).
Once you’ve completed those steps, the connection status in Kinde should change from “In progress” to “Connected”, and you’ll be able to publish plans.
