Are 501s meant to fit this way?

I’ve got this pair and another of 501 that fit the same way and they look like skinnies on me. I’ve only washed both pairs a couple times. They fit a little more straight when they were brand new. Is this expected? I’ve looked into Levi’s baggier cuts but they don’t have 30x34 or 31x34
