Trouble seeing all photos from External Libraries

When I made an additional External Library targetting just that folder, all the images were properly ingested and showed up on the timeline. Using the Explorer on the Immich webpage, I do not see the files after
I've reingested the photos by re-running the (1) Sidecar Metadata, (2) Extract Metadata and (3) External Libaries jobs but to no avail. I did change where the external library pointed to
When looking at the Logs, I do see that Immich does detect and process the files but it doesn't appear to end up on the webpage for whatever reason. Log excerpt presented in next message.
Immich version: v2.1.0.
25-10-17 are not detected by immich. However, they are also mounted into the container and running ls -l /mnt/nextcloud/Photos/iPhone/2025/10/ does indeed show the images themselves in the container and I can head the file and successfully read the files.
