Account got hacked
Hello there a long ago my account got hacked by someone and i filled a report and i got an email from noreply_public@pubgmobile.com to recover my account but at that time i didn’t see the email and the code expired so now i need a new code to recover the account so I don’t know what to do please help me

Hello! This is sent to verify the person submitting the account recovery request (in this case, you) has access to the email address that they wish to link to the account if the recovery request is successful.
Receiving this code does not determne if your recovery request will be successful or not, because this is a part of the standard procedure every player follows.
If you wish to recover your account, you can submit a recovery request via the in-game Recovery Tool or from https://pubgmobile.live/support > Recovery....

It says that i need to provide an email or phone number to receive the code but i only had facebook linked on that account
I never had phone number or email linked on that account

The email you provide will be the one that will get connected to the account if your account recovery claim gets approved.
You can submit any email address that you have access to. It doesn't need to have been previously linked to your account.

I assumed you were talking about this question here, my apologies.
If your answers to the account recovery tool led you to that section, your only option is to either provide an email address or a mobile phone number that was previously linked to your account or submit your claim from a trusted device.
