Random CPU Utilization Spikes
I'm noticing once in a blue moon my CPU utilization shoots up to 50-60% for about 15 seconds while I'm just sitting on the desktop with Discord and my web browser open. I can hear the CPU fan get quite loud to compensate and it shows the CPU utilization going up in Mission Centre, but I don't see an app using the CPU more than 1 or 2%. I don't see any notifications saying that apps/packages are being updated either so I have no idea what's causing this. Any ideas?
Using a Ryzen 7 7700X if that helps at all.
