Google account integration on Gnome suddenly failing

Hello. My integration with my google account is suddenly broken. I have tried removing and readding the account, but this did not fix the issue. I get through the signup process just fine, and then i see the 2nd screenshot pop up. It then appears like the first screenshot in the list/details. If I try to sign in again without removing and readding the account i don't get the popup in the second screenshot but I do still have to go through the login auth process on firefox.

I'm not on my bazzite device atm but gnome-accounts did get a recent update 
rpm-ostree db diff --changelogs
  gnome-online-accounts 3.54.6-1.fc42.x86_64 -> 3.54.7-1.fc42.x86_64
  gnome-online-accounts-libs 3.54.6-1.fc42.x86_64 -> 3.54.7-1.fc42.x86_64
rpm-ostree db diff --changelogs
  gnome-online-accounts 3.54.6-1.fc42.x86_64 -> 3.54.7-1.fc42.x86_64
  gnome-online-accounts-libs 3.54.6-1.fc42.x86_64 -> 3.54.7-1.fc42.x86_64
so it could be a regression

If it matters/helps I just checked on another device with the same account and on that device it's still logged in successfully. Just thought I'd update: This time booting up my google account was removed entirely, and readding it worked.. Maybe something was weird on the backend? I have literally no idea.
