I was recently restricted from chat because I typed a word that another player told me to write. I didn’t know it had a bad meaning — I’m not a native English speaker, and I didn’t mean to say anything inappropriate. Could you please review my case? It won’t happen again.

It’s a comms ban, meaning both voice and chat will be banned restricting you from talking to others
