MIC not working.
I have the EPOS PC 8 USB headset and I've been using it for a long time. I have never had any problems with the mic but now it just stopped working. It's set as default its no muted. I've tried everything. When i go into discord settings and test the mic i can hear background noises like you would do if it worked but it won't work. Somone please help. I'm on a windows 11.

If you say it's not muted with the hardware controls and not muted in Windows, have you checked if the mic volume is set too low in the Windows settings?
Have you tried another USB port?
How long have you had this mic?

I've had the mic for prob a year maybe.
The mic has this section on the cable
Make sure it's set to not muted and see if the volume wheel there is set correctly
It's not set on mute.
Have you tried using the volume wheel to make aire it's not set too low?

And you've tried different USB ports on your machine?
Yep, still not working.
I think it's just so weird cuz it just happened out of nowhere
