Can I send another claim? I don't know what should I do I've never sold or shared my account

ineligible maybe because i submited another claim in-game in the same time?
I am not sure why your request was marked "ineligible" since that process is handled by Tencent and not us volunteer moderators.
You will still need to submit a claim in-game as we cannot help you any further through the community.

thank´s 😄 the last approved claim was in Mai the rest is rejected or ineligible , i submited another claim i write a random number in the UID but i write my correct UID later , if you want i can give you my claim number and take a look please

You should always write the correct UID and provide accurate information for your claim to be approved.
oh ok 🙁 i writed my correct UID in the text where i should clarify what and when it´s happen ,man can there submit just 1 claim ,this is why i did this .
i think that the hacker has submited a fals claim before mine , and he caused a transaction risks flag ,i send to the in-game support my uc purchase receipts ,but no result, they reject all my claims
