Bug
Hello
I am unable to start any Classic matches (Erangel, Livik, etc.). Every time I click Start or Invite, it says:
"This feature cannot be used as you don’t have enough UC"
However, Classic mode does not require UC.
I have already tried:
- Restarting the game
- Clearing cache
- Logging out and back in
- Reinstalling the game
- Trying on a different device
Please help me fix my account so I can play Classic mode.

This is not a bug. You need to top up the amount of UC that was refunded.
You can refer to the Prohibited Illegal Transactions Announcement in the game for further information.

How to see amount of UC who was refunded?

You can contact the customer service and they should be able to provide you the exact amount.
Can i see in the game?
You can try checking your in-game mailbox to see if you have received any notices about it. If you don’t see any relevant mails, your only option is to contact the customer service.
