Inconsistent and degraded response times from AWS EU Central
Testing some DB response times via CF Worker with Hyperdrive from Singapore to a Neon DB instance in AWS EU Central and we're experiencing degraded response times and would need some pointers.
Our DB load is read-heavy but ideally our writes should be "fast enough" accounting for geographical location, however we noticed the following:
1. 1500-1700 hrs: API response involving DB ranges from 1-10s depending on queries, this was not ideal but acceptable
2. 1600-1700 hrs: VPN client to London, response times ranges UPTO 700ms which is ideal
Response payload was never more than 15kb, and we've tried with and without hyperdrive but to no avail
