A humble request to look into Account Ban Due to HWID Conflict/False Positive

My account was permanently suspended . I believe this ban was triggered not by direct cheating activity on my part, but as a secondary, automated action due to logging in on a system that carried a previous, unrelated Hardware ID (HWID) ban.
My account has a clean history of gameplay (no previous bans for cheating or major toxicity).
I have made a substantial investment of time and capital (cosmetics, etc.) into this account over years.
I have confirmed my hardware is clean and am seeking resolution through Player Support, but the automatic nature of the HWID system often requires a specialized review.
The Request:
Given the significant investment and the likelihood of this being an HWID conflict, I urgently ask that you please direct this case to an analyst who can review the specific game logs associated with this account to confirm whether any third-party software was active during my gameplay sessions, separate from the hardware's pre-existing flag.
If the logs confirm my account was simply an innocent login victim of a hardware ban,I had lost all hope regarding my account but today I met a guy in a random game and I told him about my account ban, He gave me your reference , I would be deeply grateful for your assistance in lifting the ban and restoring my account.
